Why Learn Parts Therapy?
by C. Roy Hunter, M.S., FAPHP
How often do clients experience inner conflicts that inhibit successful attainment of important goals?
Hypnotherapists often use proven techniques to help clients change undesired habits and/or to achieve desired personal and professional goals. Yet, in spite of the best efforts of both client and therapist, unresolved inner conflicts often inhibit clients from attaining their ideal empowerment. Parts therapy may provide the answer!
When is the last time you worked with a client who resisted positive suggestions and imagery? Even some clients who initially respond favorably to a good script may eventually backslide. Hypnosis helps millions of people to achieve goals; yet, in spite of the best efforts of both client and therapist, unresolved inner conflicts often prevent successful long term results.
When other techniques fail, parts therapy often provides the key to success!
Parts therapy is based on the concept that our personality is composed of a number of various parts. Our personality parts are aspects of the subconscious, each with their respective jobs or functions of the inner mind. In other words, we wear many hats as we walk through the path of life.

Mind-To-Mind Healing
By James R. Ramey
This is a technique that Walter A. Sichort discovered while searching for various applications of his newly developed and profound hypnotic state that we now call the “Sichort State.” This technique is a method in which someone may receive assistance with self-healing through the help of another. I have experienced this state myself and have found it to work exceptionally well.
I was having a problem with my eye sight and didn’t know what was happening. I was experiencing flashes of light around the edges of my vision. Finally, after several weeks, I began to develop a dark gray curtain in my upper vision. This curtain grew so dark in both my eyes that I expected to go totally blind within a short time. I finally sought diagnosis from an optical physician who told me I was experiencing the detachment of my vitreous sacks, that the connective tissue had broken down and surgery would be my solution. Of course, I chose to decline the surgery.

Growing Your Business
By Maureen Banyan
This question was sent to me recently, this is a great question, as I am sure many of you may find yourself in such a predicament (which I might say, is a good kind of predicament to have).
Question: Now my business is at a crucial place for more growth. I'd like to see the numbers keep going up each month… There is only one of me and I am not as great as I could be yet. Products, teaching, adding hypnotists (yea where?) raising my fees, are all on my mind. How do I go from apartment to center is another thing I am wondering about. Getting a loan.- How? Too early?
And I got this other growth problem, I am afraid to schedule new callers when my clients I am seeing haven't finished yet. What if they need more sessions and the new clients take all the spaces? I am lucky to have such concerns.
